Nepzum FC does not sell guardian or student information. We share information only with authorized academy staff, service providers needed to run the academy systems, or when required by law.

Payment proof and uploaded files may be stored with trusted hosting or media storage providers used by Nepzum FC.

We keep information for as long as needed to manage academy enrollment, legal obligations, safety records, accounting, and support requests.

Guardian Choices

Guardians may contact Nepzum FC to request access, correction, or deletion of their information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for safety, accounting, or legal reasons.
