Registration And Accuracy

Guardians must provide accurate contact, student, medical, and payment information when submitting an academy registration.

Submitting the registration form does not guarantee enrollment. Nepzum FC staff review applications and may request more information before accepting a student.

Guardian Responsibility

The registering guardian confirms they are authorized to submit information for the student and to make academy decisions related to registration, payment, and communication.

Guardians are responsible for keeping contact details up to date and responding to academy notices about schedules, fees, attendance, safety, and enrollment status.

Payments And Verification

Payment proof submitted during registration must be genuine and connected to the registration. Nepzum FC may verify payments before confirming enrollment.

Program fees, invoices, refunds, and payment deadlines may vary by batch, program, or academy decision communicated by staff.

Student Safety And Conduct

Guardians agree to share relevant medical or safety information that may affect the student during academy activity.

Students and guardians are expected to follow academy conduct standards, coaching instructions, facility rules, and respectful communication guidelines.

Changes To Services

Nepzum FC may update programs, schedules, staff assignments, fees, facilities, or academy policies when operational needs require it.

If these terms are updated, the version shown on this page will apply to future registrations and continued use of academy services where applicable.
